About
Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of leadership, operations, communication, and relationship-building. Along the way, I repeatedly saw capable, well-intentioned teams being asked to take on complex meetings, retreats, travel, and hospitality projects in addition to their actual jobs.
They were expected to manage budgets, vendors, logistics, communication, guest experience, and countless details while still keeping up with their day-to-day responsibilities. Often, they simply didn't have the time, resources, or specialized experience to give these important moments the attention they deserved, nor should they necessarily have been expected to.
I saw an opportunity to provide a different level of support. Especially in a digital-first business environment, the moments when people come together face-to-face are increasingly valuable. I believe those moments should be thoughtful, purposeful, and worth the investment.
My role is to bring the strategy, coordination, and hands-on support required to make that happen while allowing leadership and internal teams to stay focused on their people, their work, and the reason they are gathering in the first place.
How I work
Every organization and gathering is different, so the level of support is tailored to what the team actually needs. I can lead a project from the earliest conversations through execution, step into an existing plan that needs additional support, or work alongside internal teams as a trusted extension of their operation.
My approach starts with understanding the goal, the people involved, and what success should look like. From there, I help shape the experience, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate logistics and communication, anticipate details, and keep the many moving pieces organized.
The goal is not to add another layer to manage. It is to provide thoughtful, experienced support that makes the process easier, protects internal time, and allows leadership and teams to stay focused on the people and priorities that matter most.
